Everyone needs Jesus and to experience God’s love.
However, we CAN NOT make people believe in Him. ONLY the work of the Holy Spirit can convict people of their sin and grant them saving faith in Jesus. We proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ which is the power of God for salvation, to those who believe. (Romans 1:16)
The gospel is the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins.
God is holy and we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
The wages of our sin is death in a literal hell. (Romans 6:23)
But God made a way for us sinners to be saved! In His love, He sent His only begotten son, Jesus, to live the life of perfect obedience that we could never live. He died a sinners death on the cross on our behalf, experiencing the full wrath of God for us. He was buried, and raised from the dead on the third day bringing us to God. We are forgiven of our sin through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone who reconciles us to our holy God so that we can now have a relationship with Him. Jesus is Savior & Lord! (Romans 5:8, John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:21, 1 Peter 2:24, 2 Corinthians 5:17, 2 Corinthians 5:19)
Jesus says, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6) We meet people where they are, and we tell them the truth about God and sin, heaven and hell, and the good news that Jesus died to save sinners like us. Our aim and hope is to be granted gateway moments the show them, through our actions, the mercy & grace of God and tell them of the hope that is found only in Jesus.
No one is too far gone for Jesus who has come to seek and save the lost. (Luke 19:10) Please pray for us to this end!
